FLIP OR FLOP'S TAREK EL MOUSSA TO STAR IN NEW HGTV PILOT

New York [Jan. 23, 2019] Tarek El Moussa, a real estate and house-flipping expert best known from HGTV's fan favorite series Flip or Flop, will star in a new pilot for the network in 2019. The pilot, currently in production, features Tarek as he partners with real estate novices to help them learn the secrets of a successful flip. With more than 300 profitable flips under his belt, Tarek is ready to lend his invaluable expertise - and his own cash - to those who want to win big in the competitive real estate game.

"From start to finish, I'm giving these first-time flippers everything they need to score a profitable deal and not a bank-breaking flop," said Tarek.

This summer, Tarek also will star in a new digital series for HGTV.com that follows his new life as a single dad. With a new home and a new outlook on life, fans can watch Tarek as he works hard, plays hard and then goes home to spend quality time with his kids.

Life is about to get a lot more complicated for Roswell, New Mexico‘s favorite bartender. Tonight’s episode (The CW, 9/8c) introduces viewers to Maria’s mother Mimi (played by The Fosters‘ Sherri Saum), whose arrival forces her to confront some difficult truths about her family.

“We find out why Maria has that warrior spirit, why it exists inside of her,” Heather Hemmens tells TVLine of the revealing hour. “Maria is always so positive for her friends’ sake, and she’s always helping them through their drama, being this source of strength for them. Now we finally get to see why she has that resilience.”

This is also a key episode for Maria and Liz, whose friendship is strengthened as a result of their shared experience with Mimi. “She doesn’t want people to feel sorry for her, and she doesn’t want the attention turned onto her struggles,” Hemmens says. “But this is a reminder to her that it’s OK to cry. It’s OK to be overwhelmed by your responsibilities and feel in despair. But it’s also really special when you have friends who can share that with you. It’s very important, and female friendship should never be overlooked.”

In addition to the unexpected truth bombs she drops on Maria’s friends tonight, Mimi’s actions also inspire her daughter to think more about her family’s psychic abilities. “She plays with it and she makes money off of it, but she hasn’t stared it in the face and asked, ‘What is this to me, and where does it come from?'” Hemmens says. “She’s beginning to realize that this is an inheritance. To just cast it aside would be a waste.”

Hemmens also enjoyed collaborating with director Paul Wesley, though it wasn’t the first time the two have worked together: “I did an episode of The Vampire Diaries years ago [Season 5’s ‘Man on Fire’], and most of my scenes were with Paul,” she recalls. “He was a generous, welcoming actor, and he was the same as a director. He’s somebody who really gets The CW and gets the show. He fit right in.”

“I’ve also been dying to work with Julie Plec [ever since that episode],” she adds. “I try to soak up every minute I get to spend with her. She’s such an incredible director, mentor and champion of all females on set, just a great leader for us.”

Her silky blonde hair is styled straight, framing her face to fall lightly about her neck and shoulders.

Despite having been live for a very short time — less than a day, as of the writing of this article — Hayley Hasselhoff’s latest Instagram image has already attracted a great deal of attention. Dozens of users left comments in the appropriate section, and over 1,500 users left a like on the sizzling snap.

One user wrote, “Happy New Years to you and your family gorgeous,” while another Instagram member quipped, “Your beauty is amazing. I no haved [sic] words to describe your beauty.”

Hayley Hasselhoff has been making headlines most recently, according to the Daily Star, for stripping down to her lingerie in order to promote an inclusive message regarding body positivity. Taking part in the Curvy Kate campaign, a lingerie-brand backed push to promote women’s health and acceptance, Hayley is a front-runner in support of the notion that all women should feel comfortable in their own skin.

According to the Irish Examiner, Hayley is also responsible for having styled and directed the art for Navabi’s most recent fall and winter campaign.

“I came up with the theme, I came up with the location, I mean I got the whole team together, I work with the budget, so I’m really doing the whole production for the shoot as well… Sometimes it’s a way more hectic day because I’m doing four jobs in one, but I’ve got to say I love the hecticness.”
